Gavriel Novick, also known as Gaby, is the Director of Regional Development at NCSY Israel. Gaby has worked in development positions for a number of years, previously at Shalem College in Jerusalem and Perry David Associates, a nonprofit consulting agency in New York. In addition to his professional roles, he has volunteered and supported many other organizations, including Nefesh B’Nefesh and The Koby Mandell Foundation. Gaby has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yeshiva University and a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
