The Better Together program is a special type of NCSY leadership program consisting of unique events centered around leadership, developing skills, building connections and enhancing self awareness, and even Chessed hours! The program will introduce real life leaders who actively change lives. Together participants will learn what leadership means in our times, and how to incorporate those skills into their own lives.

Another major component of the program is working together with unique members of the senior community and meeting with such people who have so much to teach from long lifetimes of real experience.
